I am (fortunately or unfortunately) a hopeless sucker for old Penguin books; doubly so when they happen to also by authored by Gerald Durrell. Most famous for his book "My Family and Other Animals" Durrell manages to be both a passionate biologist and a consummate writer. His descriptions and humor are top-rate; this is a worthy addition to any library.
